• Satisfaction Guarantee- A full refund upon return of an undamaged item will be issued. Items damaged via shipping will be refunded or replaced with  a similar item as agreed upon between parties. 
• Exchanges and refunds are determined by a case by case basis. 
• Products are the personal design of the creator and may be considered copyrighted and protected against copycats or duplication by other parties.
  Purchaser agrees to resolve disputes in a civil manner and between the two parties involved.
• bullying or harassment or defamation of character will not be tolerated and result in action taken where legally appropriate.
